As the Chief Program Officer at Lit, I am responsible for studying, codifying, and iterating our programmatic model so that it consistently arms system-level leaders with the tools, knowledge, and skills to align their reading ecosystems with the most current research. I have over 25 years of experience in educational leadership. Before joining Lit, I served as the co-founder and National Dean of School Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education, where he spearheaded the training and programmatic design for over 10,000 current and aspiring school and system-level leaders. I also designed and implemented Relay’s approach to coaching systems to implement their learnings at scale. Before Relay, I dedicated sixteen years to the Newark, New Jersey, educational community as a high-performing teacher and school leader.
