Marzano Research
Director
I’m Caitlin Scott, a director at Marzano Research. Among my multiple projects, I oversee the evaluation of Wyoming Believing in Literacy Together grant, which is led by my colleague, Enid Rosario-Ramos. I love my job because I get to work with collaborative teams, using research and evaluation to help educators make positive changes that benefit all students. I have more than 20 years of experience in education, including as a teacher, a tutor/trainer, an evaluator, a researcher, a research manager, and a director. In all this work, I’ve focused on educator learning and change, and on improving education systems, especially for rural communities and students traditionally underserved by public schools.  My email is caitlin.scott@marzanoresearch.com.
